My daughter loves it!,
We purchased this playhouse for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! She has not played with many of her other gifts yet because she has been so excited to play in her new house. I was a little nervous buying this playhouse when I couldn’t find any reviews on any site but decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did. This house feels large and does take up quite a bit of room, but it comes in a box that you can use for storage if needed. Though, I wouldn’t want to put this house together frequently. It was easy assembly, but a second person is highly recommended to help line up the velcro. As for the material, I was expecting a thicker, more sturdy material, because the pictures make it look that way. The white is actually semi-transparent, you can see light and the outline of the stickers from the outside, but not so much to be a big negative, and after a while it didn’t bother me at all since the interior is bright with no extra light needed. The sturdiness is very similar to it’s corrugated cardboard box counterpart, but once the entire house is assembled everything is sturdy enough for playtime. And over time, this playhouse will be quite durable. The stickers are very cute. They are removable and durable, but I don’t know if they’d stand up to a child who constantly moves stickers around. We did move several stickers a few times with no problems. Now that my daughter has them where she wants them, they will probably stay there, so we won’t have any issues. Another thing I was worried about was if the edges would be sharp and a potential for scratches and cuts. I would say that for the most part, no. The edges are just like when you cut cardboard boxes, and a few edges were a little rough, but I tried giving myself a scrape and could not do it. Her play plastic kitchen (which now resides inside her playhouse) has much sharper edges than this playhouse. So I have no worries anymore. One small issue is that the door doesn’t stay shut… not a big deal, but we will probably add a simple latch so it doesn’t swing about. We have not yet tried any markers on it, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, I am very please with this purchase, and my daughter loves it.

Ok, so I was tired of the pop together house that warps and the one with plastic dowels that push right through the fabric! I read a couple of reviews on this particular house and decided to take the plunge. It is expensive and although it is plastic and takes up quite a bit of space it has several pluses. The space it takes up has allowed us to put some of my daughters larger toys inside it. Most important my daughter LOVES the house!
I love the fact that I can wipe the house down, and you will too when you see the dirt settled on the panels. You will need more than one person to put this house together. Here is my advise…. 1-Take the panels out and wipe them down and air them a bit (they did have a strong plastic chemical smell).
2-Figure out which panels go where and bend the edges (if you can use some weight it may make the end result better) 3-Put the pieces together (it may be best to set it up where you want it due to the size)

|Great idea but poor design and construction,
I really was excited about this product but I was very disappointed. The velcros were not lined up properly! We could not put it together. We just left it in the garage for a long time. Just took it out today to give it one more try. Did not work! Very upset for wasting $100. Great idea but very poor design and construction. Please don’t waste your money!
